Account Basic Settings

Completely fill out all fields below.  This request will be submitted to the C.D. Hartnett Help Desk for verification and approval. Request with missing fields will not be processed.  After verification and approval, your CBOS on-line account will be setup with 2 business days.  You will be notified by the email address supplied below upon approval. 

Be sure to remember your User Login Settings (Username and Password).  The password will not be available to our help desk staff, and will not be retrievable.  You are the ONLY person who will ever know this password, so be sure to remember it now. Forgotten passwords can only be reset to new passwords, they cannot be recovered.

User Login Settings
Username 6 to 10 alphanumeric characters.
Password

8 to 10 characters (numbers, letters, special characters).

  • Minimum of 8 characters in length.
  • Must have at least two special characters.
  • Must have both numbers and letters.
  • Please do not reuse passwords from other websites
Confirm Password Retype the password.
