This year’s program runs from May 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023.

The program is designed with you, our valued customer, in mind.  We would like to express our appreciation for your business and hope you enjoy the benefits of involvement in our Club CDH program.  

As a C.D. Hartnett Grocery customer you have an exciting opportunity to earn Club CDH points for your purchases from this year’s Qualified Products List.

The Club CDH program has two opportunities for participants. 

Customers registered in the Club CDH Program will have a chance to win our Grand Prize, and earn points that can redeemed for cash /check at the end of the program period.  

How can I increase my chances to win one of these Grand Prize trips?

Grocery Division customers can increase the chance to win a Grand Prize by purchasing products from the Qualified Products List.

  1. Register for our Club CDH program with your C.D. Hartnett Company sales representative. There is no cost to register and all CDH customers are eligible with the exception of schools and other publicly funded organizations.

  2. Purchase products on the Club CDH Qualified Products List to earn Club CDH points. Many of these items are items that you are already purchasing!   

  3. Your Club CDH point balance will be emailed to you every 4 weeks during the program.  Please make sure we have your current email for this!    

  4. In February you will receive notification on how to redeem your points on our C D Hartnett website (www.cd-hartnett.com) for a check.  The points can be redeemed for .01 cent per point. 

    Tip: Make sure you redeem your points before March 31 as Club CDH points do not roll over year to year.

Participant Eligibility and point redemption To redeem for awards you must be a current Club CDH Club Member and C.D. Hartnett Company customer who actively purchases the majority of products, goods and services through The C.D. Hartnett Company at the time of redemption during the program period. To be eligible for the Club CDH grand prize, winners must be current C.D. Hartnett Company customers whose account(s) are in good standing in accordance with payment terms as of the dates of travel. Transfer of awarded trips is subject to approval by The C.D. Hartnett Company. Trips are intended for Club CDH members and cannot be offered for raffle or auction purposes. The C.D. Hartnett Company reserves the right to determine eligibility for the trip. By accepting an award or trip the customer acknowledges and agrees that The C.D. Hartnett Company, its parent company and program support companies shall have no liability for any injuries or damage that result from the use or misuse of awards. It is understood that you agree to participate within the spirit and intent of this program. Abuse or violation of program rules will result in immediate disqualification of those involved. The C.D. Hartnett Company reserves the right to modify or change any or all aspects of this program without prior notification to participants. Participants of awards or trips are responsible for any and all taxes and fees related to any awarded prizes.
